Nautical “Humming Buoy” Hummingbird Feeder

Humming Buoy hummingbird feeder is a handcrafted replica of a New England lobster buoy, made into a hummingbird feeder for your backyard birding enjoyment!

Hummingbirds like our feeder because it simulates the tube shape of many nectar-bearing flowers. The bright colors attract the hummers – plus, they make a jaunty yard accent.

Each feeder is hand turned on a lathe one at a time from solid wood and hand painted, using outdoor acrylic paint. The nectar goes into a food-safe PET plastic storage tube with a silicone stopper and curved feeder. Includes a booklet with the Audubon-approved recipe for making healthy hummingbird nectar from plain white sugar. Who doesn’t like hummingbirds in the garden?
 
Fightin’ Chance Upside Down Suet Feeder

Our suet feeder design deters larger birds who can’t cling upside down like smaller birds. It’s perfect for downy woodpeckers, tufted titmice,  chickadees, and small songbirds. It’s easy-as-pie to refill through the hinged rooftop lid, secured with brass hardware. It hangs from a stainless steel cable.

We construct Fightin’ Chance Suet Feeder from reclaimed, “upcycled” wood and stain it with  colorful acrylic pigments. Each one holds a standard size suet cake. Give your smaller birds a Fightin’ Chance!
